Aryan Lomte

Co-founder, infrastructure and AI

Aryan studies B.Tech in Computer Science and Business Systems at K. J. Somaiya School of Engineering. He builds agentic AI and retrieval systems, including Black Box, a flight recorder for AI agents published on PyPI, and an air-gapped agentic AI workbench for Smart India Hackathon 2026. At UnBuilt he runs deployment, cloud, databases and backend performance.

Advay Chavan

Co-founder, full-stack and design

Advay studies B.Tech in Computer Science and Business Systems. He is a full-stack developer who has led frontend and interface work on cybersecurity platforms such as SentryNet and Hermes, and was full-stack lead on a Smart India Hackathon 2026 project. At UnBuilt he designs and builds the websites, apps and dashboards clients use.

Works on: Full-stack development, Frontend engineering, UI design, Next.js, React, Web security.

Why the name UnBuilt

Every business has a version of itself that is still unbuilt: the website it should have, the booking system that would save an hour a day, the security it assumes it has. We build that version, from the first sketch to the live site, and hand you the keys.

You talk to the two people who write your code. No account managers.
The price is agreed and fixed in writing before we start.
Your domain, code and accounts are yours. We hand over everything after the final payment.
Every site is security-tested before handover.
