We collect as little as we can, and only to reply to you and do the work you ask for.
What this website collects
Browsing this site does not require an account. The quote builder runs entirely in your browser; nothing you pick is sent anywhere unless you ask us to call you back. If you start the callback form and leave, your answers are kept only in your own browser so you can finish later.
When you request a callback
We collect your name, mobile number, business name and the answers you choose to give (what you need, timeline, best time to call, language, your current website, email and note). We also note the page you came from and the device type, so the call is relevant. This is sent to our own inbox and used only to call you, message you on WhatsApp about this request, and prepare your quote. You give this consent with the tick box on the form.
The details travel through our email delivery provider to our inbox. We do not sell them, share them with anyone else, or add you to any marketing list. If you do not go ahead, we delete your request within 6 months.
When you sign up
To form a contract we record your business details, the agreement you accepted, the time, and the OTP verification, and we keep payment references from our payment provider. We keep these for as long as the law requires for contracts and tax.
Your choices
Tell us “stop” at any time and we will not contact you again. Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to unbuilt.site@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
